Description
The terms and conditions for acquiring space at Talanta Plaza are as follows;
1. Rent payable for the office space is kshs.100/- per sq.ft per month.
2. Rent payable for the open terrace is kshs.50/- per sq.ft per month.
3. Service charge payable for both the office space and the terrace is kshs.25 per sq.ft per month.
4. The office space should be let together with the terrace on both wings. However, a prospective tenant can decide to occupy one wing and leave the other.
5. Parking fee payable is kshs.9,000/- per parking bay per month upon request.
6. Rent, Service charge and Parking fees are payable quarterly in advance.
7. Lease will be for a minimum period of six (6) years.
8. Please note that the above rates are exclusive of VAT
